We entered into a partnership with Indian School Leadership Institute to train two of the school principals from the schools supported by us.

The idea is to :

• Broaden the exposure of School Leaders, with a focus on developing and improving their leadership skills.
• Empower the principals to take their schools from good to great.
• Curriculum design derived from international programs

A School Leader impacts the whole school and the community in which it exists.The impact of this programme will be felt by teachers, students and every aspect of the school management.
There is likelihood of more students being enrolled by the parents due to an increase in respect of the leaders.

The schools from Mankhurd that are part of the pilot run of the project currently have principals who have no formal training as principals. Hence this program is expected to bring significant professional growth.
