Dharma Bharathi Mission believes: with quality training and Skill Development opportunity more and more youths in India can be employable. With this mission, we are focusing on getting as many youths trained as possible.

This year DBM tied up with Teamlease, which is one of the leading recruitment company. Teamlease in association with Sudexo is helping DBM in fulling the mission to train economically disadvantaged youths to get quality jobs.

Training and grooming empower the youth with confidence and knowledge to work with reputed companies or become self-employed.

Our Vocational training programs in Beautician, Computer and Para Nursing batches are helping students in getting themselves placed in leading companies. This year we have expanded our training programs in fields like Housekeeping, Delivery Service and Back Office work.

We are happy to share that with Teamlease’s support we have been successful in placing 30 youths are we continuing to increase this number.
