November 2018, Dharma Bharathi Mission associated with BOSCH INDIA LTD. as a partner to implement BRIDGE short-term training on Employability Skills development Training programs for unemployed youth with placement assistance.

BOSCH’s BRIDGE vocational training course is being run at Santa Cruz Center just completed its 2nd Batch. As the Second batch completed the course they were successfully placed during the month of May 2019. The Third Batch of BOSCH has started and the course has been getting a very positive response till date. We have been able to achieve 100 percent placement of the students. 17 students had joined the 2nd Batch.

The average salary of the students is INR 10000 and the highest salary for the 2nd Batch is INR 15000.

25 years old Ganesh Sonar from Santa Cruz west after completion of Bosch course got himself skilled and was placed within one month at Central Labour Institute (Central Govt. job) and is now earning a salary of 14000 per month. Ganesh is indebted to DBM for helping him out when he needed help the most. His father who is physically disabled and mother who’s a homemaker are extremely proud of him.

Ajay Singh, Sameer Shaikh, Ankit Singh, Suraj Jadhav, Arjun Thakur, and Vijay Barai got placement in Hathway and all of them are earning INR 14000 per month. Priti Kanwandi got placement in CCD, Smita Patil joined APS as Data Entry Operator, Vijay Vishwakarma is placed in Bluedart and works as Delivery Associate.

All of these students’ life changed after joining the BRIDGE Course and they are ever thankful to DBM.
