Under Mid-Day Meal initiative Dharma Bharathi Mission conducts Medical Camps twice a year for the school children. The first health camp this year was organized on August 2nd, in SVM school. The Health Camps were conducted in various schools ~ Maharashtra Vidhyalaya, Sahakari Vidya Mandir, Vidya Vikas, and National School. We had the eye, dental and general check-up. This initiative attempts to keep a check and improve on the overall well being of the children.

The response for the health camp was overwhelming as more than 1100 students attended the camps and they were given proper eye and health checkup.  The medical camp was overseen, planned and managed with the generous help and support of Trustees of DBM Team along with 5 young volunteers from the NSS unit of Guru Nanak College. 14 expert Doctors from ‘Baba Jeevan Singh Ji Memorial Medical Centre’ selflessly devoted their time for this humanitarian purpose. DBM along with the other benevolent people will continue to work for the betterment of the little humans. We are sure our work will create an impact in the lives of our future generation.
