Her Story: I Kanchan Bhoir, residing at Dattanagar. I am a daughter of Lata Tai (ex servant of DBM). Earlier I have done the beautician course but I was not satisfied, then I have joined DBM as my financial condition was very low and DBM provides us good teaching and knowledge in less fees. While completing the course I find the course very interesting and teacher were also very helpful and supportive. I have gained So much confidence and ample of Knowledge. After completing the course I went to Urban Clap with my beautician teacher for interview and that was unbelievable. I got selected for the Job. I am earning 35,000/-per month, And now I am caring and finiancially supporting my mom like a son.

Her Story: I live at chitacamp. I am a housewife with very low confidence,and my financial condition is very poor. I joined DBM beautician course and I was not sure that I will complete the course because of my lack of confidence and no family support . While teaching the course my teachers and life skill trainers boosted me me and increased my confidence level asking me questions and approaching me to speak. Now I am working at a salon named Saily Salon at Vashi and earning 7000/- above every month. I am happy, confident and empowered just because of DBM. Thank You DBM.

Her Story: I am Ponni staying at BARC. My childhood dream was to be a Teacher but early marriage and family responsibility lost my dreams but in my mind my ambition was alive within me. My neighbour told me about DBM. I visited DBM an took admission in pre primary teaching course. Firstly I was little frightened how I’ll manage to learn again at this point of age but our teachers motivated and encouraged me .Daily lesson and learning method was simple and easy to grasp. Internship built confidence in me.Teacher encouraged me to do job and helped me get a job, and now I am teaching at Akash English High School. I am really very thankful to DBM and my teachers. What I am today is just because of DBM.

Her Story: I joined DBM pre-primary teaching course, as I wanted to know the basic teaching experience for the pre-primary students. I was barely having an idea about handling the students of age group 1-6. After joining DBM I learnt methods of teaching, teaching aids and other knowledge of caring for the kids has drastically improved in me . Now I am teaching at Crescent high school and earning Rs10000 /- every month. I have got intense knowledge and tremendous satisfaction. I would like to thank all donors and DBM for supporting me.

Her Story: Teaching was a dream of mine. I joined DBM Pre-primary teaching course. I have grown in my learning skills. Teaching encouraged me to speak. DBM helped me to grow. The life skills sessions helped me in my study and work towards my goals, Now I am teaching in BMC school part time and earning 3000 per month and I am happy and satisfied with my life. Her Story: I am a very ambitious girl always want to do something good and big in life but because of my financial condition i could not do anything After visiting DBM i realized that i can fulfill my dream. As i got to know that in a very less fees i can learn how to be a good teacher i took an admission in pre-primary teaching course as my dream was to be a teacher. In DBM I learned different method of teaching I also got confidence in speaking English I was having stage fear but my teacher helped me and now I can speak with no fear , while doing my internship I got job in Matoshi school and I got 3000rs as my first salary I couldn’t believe that my dream is fulfilled and now I can pay for my studies and also grow in my career.

Her Story: I am shabana shaikh a student of DBM. Before joining pre-primary teaching course I was very low in confidence but here I have not only learned to teach children but also to handle the students by different sessions on child development. Earlier I was not that confident but now I am teaching in BMC school and i earn Rs 3000 monthly and I am very thankful to DBM for building confidence with in me and for boosting my life with this wonderful opportunity. I thank each and everyone who has supported my education.
Course: Skill training in Basic and Tally course
Student Name: Noor Ansari
His Story: Noor Ansari 21 years old lives with his family and 5 siblings at Baiganwadi. They are total 9 people in the family. His family monthly income is Rs 10,000/- only and this is for the upbringing and education of the siblings. Noor gets disheartened seeing plight of his family and he not being able to help his family in anyway.
One of his siblings is mentally challenged and they and they are not in a state to take care of him and provide medicines but still they are doing their best.
Noor had tried for jobs in different places but was not successful because of his stunted growth.
Few NGOs have offered him books, Stationery, etc,but not any skill training or monetary help which was needed.
But his teachers have strongly supported him so at Dharma Bharathi Mission he has completed skill training in Basic and Tally course.
After completion of courses he appeared for many interviews and finally succeeded and securing a job at Rajji institute at Baiganwadi.
At present he is drawing salary of Rs. 5,000 per month. He and his family is proud of his achievement and are very happy.

Her Story: Age 19yrs
Residing at chembur vashi naka
With her parents and 4 sisters.
She belongs to a lower middle class family., Her dad is a bike mechanic who works very hard to provide for his family.
Jannat is a very ambitious girl and want to continue her further studies by not giving any trouble to her dad.
Jannat got to know about DBM through her freind and she joined the Beautician class and completed the course. Immediately she has got a job in Meher Parlour timing at chembur in Sindhi camp from 2 pm to 8 pm . Jannat is more confident for her future,now she can complete her study along with her job.
