On 2nd of November BOSCH INDIA LTD. associated with Dharma Bharathi Mission to launch BRIDGE course for youths with high potential but not employed yet. The course is a short-term training on Employability Skills development Training programs.

The first batch successfully finished the course and the 2nd Batch will start from February 2019. As we look back we find the number of students placed, their first placement salary and the highest salary amongst the students are really inspiring.

The batch was joined by 18 bright students. The average salary of the students is ₹ 8600 and the highest salary amongst the students enrolled in the first batch is ₹ 15000. The students are now successfully placed in leading companies.

Sharing a few success stories :

Aniket Mishra: He lives with his family of total six members. He joined the Bridge course conducted by Bosch to get self-motivated and gain confidence. He was seeking better placement which would help his family in meeting the household expenses. Aniket got placement in PVR with a salary of ₹15000 after completion of the course.

Kalima Shaikh: He lives with her family of six members. Her father is the sole earning member and works as a driver. Despite financial constraints, she managed to pass class XII in science and joined Bridge course conducted by Bosch to enable her to learn life skill management to groom herself better. She wanted to get a job which would help her family in meeting the household expenses. She also intends to continue with her education in the future. Kalima got selected in Fun and Joy company as a Data Operator and her salary is fixed at ₹ 11000.

Like Aniket and Kalima, many are benefitted immensely by joining BRIDGE Course. As the 2nd batch of BRIDGE  course starts we are confident we will be able to share more success stories about bright and thriving youths of India.
