At DBM we train almost 1800-2000 women every year in various vocational courses. Almost 30-40% out of them are able to get jobs while another 30-40% start their own small enterprises and work from home. Our placement cell helps them find jobs, while our entrepreneur cell helps the latter. This

ECCE course certificate distribution ceremony
34 students of ECCE course run by DBM, successfully completed their course and were awarded their certificates on the first online certificate distribution ceremony of DBM. These women came from underprivileged backgrounds and some are mothers with school going children, who could not even complete their education. This course helped
