DBM India, in collaboration with Cisco Networking Academy, successfully implemented a comprehensive digital skills training initiative aimed at empowering underserved youth with industry-relevant IT competencies.
The project equipped students with essential technological knowledge, workplace readiness, and improved employability prospects in the rapidly evolving digital economy.
The program was launched with the vision of providing students—especially those from low-income and marginalized communities—access to world-class IT education. Through Cisco’s globally recognized curriculum and DBM India’s training support, participants gained hands-on experience, built confidence and prepared for entry-level IT roles.
