Vocational Training Programs

Skills That Open Doors to Opportunity.

For many young people from underserved communities, potential is not the problem—opportunity is. Limited access to quality training, financial constraints and lack of exposure to career pathways can make it difficult to secure stable and meaningful employment.

DBM India's Vocational Training Programme bridges this gap by turning skills into opportunities and opportunities into livelihoods.

What began with small training batches in 2009 has grown into a comprehensive skill development ecosystem across Mumbai and Pune, supporting youth and women with practical, market-relevant training and pathways to employment.

From Learning to Livelihoods

DBM India provides industry-aligned vocational training designed around the needs of both learners and the evolving job market. Our programmes combine technical skills with soft skills, English communication, personality development, career guidance, mentorship and practical exposure, helping participants become confident and workplace-ready.

In employability-focused skills, learners also receive internship opportunities and placement support, with active engagement with employers to help them transition from training to employment.

Our courses span diverse sectors, including CRS, Skill2Win, Warehouse Associate, BFSI, ITES, CRM, Early Childhood Care & Education, Para-Nursing, Information Technology, Beauty & Wellness, Tailoring and other employability-focused skills.

Placements & Career Support

Training is not the destination. It is the first step towards employment, financial independence and a more confident future.

At DBM India, employability is built into the learning journey. Alongside technical training, all our vocational courses include communication skills, soft skills, personality development and career-readiness sessions to help learners become confident and workplace-ready.

Students participate in mock interviews, interview preparation, résumé-building and mentoring sessions, giving them the opportunity to practise real-world workplace situations and develop the confidence to face employers.

Our dedicated placement support further connects trained candidates with relevant employment opportunities through employer engagement, internships and placement assistance.

Our Goal

We go beyond imparting skills. We prepare individuals to use those skills to earn, grow and become financially independent.

Through training, guidance and placement support, DBM India helps youth and women take confident steps towards sustainable livelihoods, stronger families and greater self-reliance.

Together, these diverse courses form the backbone of DBM India's vocational training ecosystem. Whether a learner chooses healthcare, IT, logistics, finance or creative livelihood skills, every programme is designed to go beyond technical training—to build confidence, dignity and pathways to sustainable livelihoods.

By responding to both market needs and community realities, we equip every learner to move from potential to profession, creating opportunities that strengthen not only individuals, but also their families and communities—solving the biggest challenge that the youth face today: unemployment and skilling.
